I agree a hot ash/cherry does suck a phatty in the eye!

I guess you need to do a psa about wearing eye protection while refilling.

Other things that suck getting in the eye.

Small metal bits. LONG story.
Projectile drunk bbq vomit. my own. Longer story.
Soap/shampoo .
Hot cig ash/cherry.

Nic juice courtesy of Da Multa. Think it might be teddy bear killing karamic payback?

Bureaucracy destroys initiative. There is little that bureaucrats hate more than innovation, especially innovation that produces better results than the old routines.

Default I too had a drop in hit me in my eye

Was blowing some excess liquid out of a cartomizer into a paper towel and somehow a small spec of juice spattered into my eye... yes it does burn!
After flushing my eye out with water for a bit, everything was fine.
Be careful out there kids! LOL

I thought I grabbed my bottle of eye drops opened the top put it over my eye and just before I squeezed I realized what bottle was in my hand, my friends around me were laughing, I was petrified. I also almost put the eye drops in the atty.... needless to say I ALWAYS check the bottle first... except for recently when I put mint in my atty instead of the RY4 that was right next to the mint... better mistake than vaping eye drops.

I've always hoped that if my eye drops and nic juice were switched, I'd put the eye drops into vape instead of vape drops in my eye.
