My VG ones from DIY are coming today. Have you been able to do fine on VG? Or did you still have a lot of discomfort until your body got used to it? Feel free to pm me
When I started vaping in March, I, too, tried regular PG juice. I had terrible symptoms including extreme pain that did not go away. After reading the forum, I switched to VG based juice. Although this helped some with the problem, I was still in too much pain to continue vaping. Curious, I wrote to the venders from whom I had obtained the VG based juice, and they said that the flavoring they used contained just a little bit of PG.

At the same time, a member here who was very helpful and well known started talking about her own super sensitivity to PG. The comment that caught my attention was that "even Lorann's flavoring" was too much for her to vape. Many places, including DIY use Lorann's. OH! I had a moment of understanding. Lorann's is too much for me too (I tried it to be sure).

Now, Before I buy a VG based juice, I write to the supplier and ask about whether the flavoring they use contains small amounts of PG. I note that "natural and artifical flavorings" often includes PG, even though it isn't listed. Now, I explain my situation and ask about the flavoring, including whether some of their flavors contain PG while others do not (and if so, which flavors have absolutely No PG). If they don't answer, I wait a few days to a week and try asking one more time, explaining that this is a medical reason for me. If I get no response, I assume the answer is Yes to PG. The vast majority of suppliers do attempt to answer, some even going so far as to insist that the maker of the flavoring they use tell them all of the ingredients (including "trace amounts of PG").

My biggest problem is that I don't really care for the tobacco flavors and want the sweeter or fruity flavors. Yeah, you guessed it - the ones I like are all made with PG. I am still looking for a source of flavoring without PG on the Web so I can get unflavored and flavor VG base nic juice myself. I have written to many flavoring companies but have not had luck.

If anyone knows of flavoring that contains No PG and no oil or sugar (oil and/or sugars kill attys very quickly), Please let me know.

I have learned the answers to which juices have absolutely No PG through writing and researching and lots of hard work. BTW, we have a VG Only social group that was recently started here, and I would like to invite anyone in this situation to please come and join us.

Giveemshell, I will PM you the name of the supplier I am using for juice right now. I hesitate to post it here for fear that I sound like I am endorsing one of the suppliers over the others, particularly since a couple of the others are trying really hard to come up with totally No PG flavorings that also taste good and have no other huge drawbacks (like overpoweringly strong cheap perfume odor).

If you have any questions, please feel free to PM me. I don't check threads daily, but I do check my PM's. I would have probably missed this question had you not also sent me a friend request. Thanks, and sure. Good luck.
