I had a doctor's appt the other day and asked her about nicotine making your face red. She said it constricts the vessels in the chest around the heart but dilates the vessels in the face, making it appear more red, which I've seen called 'racoon face' here. I find that interesting. Has anyone here noticed their face becoming less red even if they're vaping a little nicotine? |

I think my ruddy complexion is improving! (I still smoke 1-5 per day ) My mother in law did compliment me on my improved complexion the other day! I have also read in other threads on here that people have experienced improved skin.

That's great Frankie1. Another nice little benefit of not smoking! And cutting down on the nicotine. |
