Default morning vape issues

Been off analogs for about 2 months. Lately I have been waking up and have alot of mucus usually clear or a bit yellow and my lungs feel tight and a little weazing. Also I have a hard time vaping when I wake up, harsh cough but subsides after a few vapes or a few hours after waking up. This has been happening for the past week or so. 18mg juice various flavor. Does this sound like a delayed PG allergy? I have no ill effects during normal hours when I am awake with vaping anything, it is just in the mornings recently I have had issues.

Its really tough to know what is from vaping, and what is from just quitting smoking. Everyone here is going on part faith and part common sense. But no one knows for certain. We just believe that the risks and side effects of vaping are better than tobacco cigarettes.

I don't think that's a PG allergy. After two months (and the fact that you're fine during the day), that seems very unlikely. It's possible this is part of the lung healing/cleaning process your body is going through, but it sounds to me like you've picked up a little virus that's trying to settle into your lungs. When I have a cold that wants to turn into a sinus infection, for example, I blow out thicker yellowish stuff first thing in the morning and then it's thin and clear the rest of the day.

Try taking an expectorant cough medicine before bed for a few days and see if that helps. Also, up your water intake.
