Last analog was on 6/23/09. Smoked for over 40 years. Not much cough while smoking, and not much when quit. Been vaping 5 months and only NOW is there a small productive cough. I think it takes time for some people to grow back the cilia in their lungs, and others seem to happen right away. Who knows why?

| I've been vaping without any analogs since July. At first I was coughing up a lot of junk. For about a month now I still have a bit of a cough in the morning and still feel a bit of stuff in my lungs each morning. However, my breathing has improved a great deal. I can really tell when exercising. |
