Default Shaking

The only thing that doesn't twitch is my tongue
I have experienced waking up at night with my entire body shaking slightly when I over vape, or the nicotine is too high. Not severe, sort of kinda twitchy. Made me a bit nervous at first. Now I keep the nicotine down between 12 mg and 18 mg.

I dont know. I dont understand people that say they "wake up at night" "twitching" "from nicotine" or anything else regarding anything along the semblance of 'nicotine poisoning' - As another poster posted in another thread, his blood test results for nicotine content in his blood, while he vaped 36mg liquid the entire hour long ride on the way to the test. He ended up having nic levels barely over someone that is a non-smoker and well below someone that IS a smoker...

I think its all your / our heads. Sure we're getting nicotine but in a lot lower dosage than smoking allows. I dont see how anyone gets sick or any of that from vaping. I just dont. Idk maybe I'm crazy.

Which is actually more than likely come to think about it...

Wow. Now that would seriously freak me out. It puts my (probably psychosomatic I'm now going to start saying publically while still believing deep inside that they are real, REAL I TELL YOU REAL!!!!) little tongue twitches to shame. I can't imagine vaping 36 or 48 like some people talk about. I vape around the same range as you (12 to 18), and if I overdo that I get a headache.
Not a twitchy headache, but a
hurty headache.

Lashes, you like, seriously need to calm down. You are totally way overusing quotation marks out of needless agitation.
But hey, from what I've read, it all IS in our heads. Or the receptors in our brains, more specifically.

And, OK, seriously, you are right. I've decided that my tongue twitching is psychosomatic.

Really.

Really really really. Really.

Happy Vaping! <-- see? can you see?

Thumbs down

Sorry you don't understand what you have not experienced Lashes.

As I know it we are all unique, but some of us may have similar experiences. If anyone is having side affects they think are related to vaping they should be able to put it out here for feedback. I think you may have shut down a few folks from commenting here.

ok it's just not me then. I see the weirdest supposed 'effects' here. I have not had one. Not one bizarre occurrence .....well except for my eyes popping when I read of them.

Thanks, Kristin, I have already read that post but I'll check it out again. I also liked your 510 tutorial, thank you very much!
I am just dropping in to post that I still felt like my tongue was twitching some today when I vaped. I'm open to the idea that it's the different way you draw with an eCig, mabe, causing stress on my tongue muscles.
But not really.
I am totally convinced my tongue is twitching when I vape nicotine eLiquid.
(takes a big puff)
But I do not give a heck. I love vaping.
Peace out!
