Default Vaping has ruined me!!

For years I have been known to many as the ultimate pepper eater. I've had them all, Habanero, Scotch Bonnet, African Birdseye, Madame Jeanette, and even Jamaican hot peppers.

But earlier when I was out with some friends at our favorite Mexican restaurant, I was defeated... by a mere Cayenne pepper!!! How degrading! I almost choked I had to drink some water so fast. After public humiliation and loss of my title... I can only blame it on vaping! My vastly improved taste buds are just not as coated over with analog crud as they used to be, and I've only been vaping a week!!! In a year I won't even be able to handle a jalapeno without dashing for something to drink.

This was easily in the top 10 most embarrassing moments of my life...

Damn you e-cigs, damn you and all your benefits.

I hope you are able to find some milder tastes to enjoy. Maybe some that you have been missing.

thats an interesting dilemma lol

maybe you could sort of do a tastebud workout, work your way back up to tolerating the super peppers? Construct a DIY juice that's super peppery to keep you in good form?

Why not bring yourself back on board gently by working your way through varying strengths of curry? You may not fancy a vindaloo or a phal just yet but there's nothing wrong with a madras. There are great health benefits from chilli - don't give up!

HA... i totally understand. I am eating all my food that I cook for the family now, and it tastes so much different I don't think I like my cooking. I've made my recipes around the fact I couldn't taste, so now they taste weird to me. Oh well, everyone else still loves it. Good diet maybe? lol
