Could not find anything about through a search so here's my question. Has anyone noticed a marked improvement in their morning breath? I have recently noticed that my breath is better and I have less dental plaque when I wake up. Not talking about the ashtray mouth I had after smoking. I have read "Tropical Bob's" post on the study done back in the forties and thought this may be another positive "side effect". |

My teeth do feel cleaner when I wake up...I'm not sure if it has lost any funk tho' since I live [and sleep ] alone.

I noticed improvements in morning breath, gum health (although I think it is mostly due to the use of an electric toothbrush instead of a traditional one rather than not smoking anymore), teeth color and amount of crap to clean off during my regular cleaning appointments.

Morning yes--actually all the time. No more Advair or inhaler. Teeth are losing the stain.
