Default I was smoking for about 3 months when I found the ecig.

My order from healthcabin.net came in a couple of days ago I now experience a pain in my upper chest when I breath deeply. Is this common? Any help on this would be most appreciated.

I use the joye 510 with 24mg ejuice from Healthcabin.net

I think you should check in with a doctor. Just to make sure. I have never had chest pain like that. I did feel a difference in my lungs when I started vaping from analoges but never pain......

I can attribute it to over exertion in the weight room. I have figured it out it is not due to the ecig but new exercises.

Aside from the weight room activity, you are aware that vapor inhalation is very different that inhalation of smoke from an analog. Tobacco companies put chemicals into the tobacco that smooths out the throat hit in order to keep you smoking. Vaping on a propylene glycol base is new to your system. High nicotine levels tend to also increase throat hit; sometimes significantly. To reduce coughing from vapor you need to drink plenty of fluids and try dropping the nic levels of your juices. You can easily cut your e-juice with vegetable glycerine (available at most drug stores) to reduce nic levels. It will also dilute the flavor of your liquid, but you will easily determine is the hig nic level is a component of the discomfort of your throat.

Not sure how many of the users smokes but i tend to like only one way..

Normal smoking is consider as pull a drag inhale and blow.
When i started Ecig i was getting a heart burn kinda feeling by doing this method.
I mean afterall i been smoking analogs for almost 14 years, so it came in natural.

But then i learn after to smoke with ecig differently.. What i do is pull till i get a good amount of smoke in my mouth and swallow it all, like if am drinking something quickly.
This helps get a better troat hit and tasty flavours also it reduces your inhaling.

Mabey most have there own way but this is mines.
