    Default Nicotine Overdose?

Has anyone had one? Last night after 3-4 days of CONSTANT vaping my chest started hurting pretty bad. There was a heavy pressure and eventually some sharp pains. I went to the ER just in case, but by the time i got in to the ER I was feeling better. I think I'm going to take a break for a day or two.

    What strength are you vaping???
    Or you just vaping constantly?

If you are just starting it could be a reaction to the PG---might want to try VG.

    It could be the flavors.

It could be your lungs starting to recover.

As you see, it could be a lot of things. So ease back into vaping and do a little experimenting.

I think this is normal for PG use when you first start. I use VG and never have that problem. I did have cramps with PG in the beginning. But they quickly went away and never came back. But I think it's your body getting rid of all the nasty crap from Cigarettes. You should be fine in a few days. If it persists, switch to VG.

I'll second that, though, probably not the nic. Too much can make you groggy or ill feeling, but not chest pains unless the heart rate is greatly increased, and even then...more likely a reaction to PG, lungs trying to clear out phlegm and ash or possibly an alergic reaction to a flavoring.

Yesterday I chained vape a juice I mixed with home made cinnamon flavor, It was so good !

I woked up with lungs pain and had to lower my vaping consumption a lot today.

I can tell you I will now use way less cinnamon !
(I also know I am vaping too much)

You're not kiddin'. A while back I mixed up some cinnamon, too (I love atomic fireballs or anything cinnamon). Mmmmm, I chained 5ml that day....never again.

When we quit smoking, or even cut down, you can experience panic and anxiety. VERY common. We are going through a drug withdrawl (of MAO B).

This is your brain on nicotine

    Chest pains are common:

Well I'm using 12mg, and I am constantly vaping it nonstop. I haven't had cigarettes in a while, like a few weeks. I'm smoking a TastyVapor mix of mentholated tobacco and its 55%PG/45%VG. My pulse was going pretty ridiculously fast and it wasn't constant it was really high then a bit slower then higher.

I understand it could be a reaction to the PG. I might order something with more VG and see if that helps. I think it was just too much vaping for a beginner, my body wasn't ready for all the tastiness of e-cigging.

It never hurts to go lower if the craving is kept in check. A lot of vapers vape just for the pleasure and will start the day with a higher nic level, then switch to a lower one so as not to overdue the nic, but are able to keep enjoying the flavor and action of vaping .

So I started smoking my e-cig again. I cut it to 6mg which I know it's nothing compared to the rest of ya. I haven't been constantly smoking my 510, but having a few puffs every 20 min. Everything feels fine. Hopefully it stays this way and hopefully it just means I have to cut my nicotine to 6mg. Which sort of sucks 'cause I'll have to cut all my delicious liquids with flavorless VG or PG.

I've always been a lightweight at every drug. A few beers gets me pretty drunk (I'm a decently sized man). I used to smoke weed but it was always way too strong for me. Every prescription I've been given a low dose, so I think it's just my body telling me yet again, that I'm a light weight.
