I also vape 36 to 45 all day long. I don't have any symptoms at all but some people are different and can't vape that high a mg of eliquid. What ever it takes to keep you off of analogs.

I also use 36mg and 48mg as my all day vape. Started with 12mg and went up to 24mg and I was still wanting analogs and chain-vaping. Now I can put it down for awhile. At night before bed I go down to 24mg or 12mg.

I bought some 36mg that needs to be diluted.

Another dumb Q: should I use zero nic PG or VG, and none of my juice sources show zero nic tobacco flavored juice, like 555 or Hilton. Where does one find it?

    Default Huh?

How many of you were really hard core smokers before vaping? I'm just wondering if it's me? I chain vape 36mg all day long and have since I started vaping 6 months ago. I was a 2 pack a day smoker for over 32 years. Heart racing? Mine races more going up some stairs, nothing when vaping. In the morning, I need to half drain a cart, drink 3 over sized cups of coffee and take a shower before I can even get blood past my collar bone! I've never had any of the things described since vaping, except for a couple of minor rashes, probably from getting used to the PG in my juice.

I guess it depends on the person. I smoked analogs for 55 years, 1.5 to 2 packs a day, so not exactly a novice. And I drink a half pot of coffee before getting dressed, and the rest of the pot by noon.

But 36mg just makes my heart rate go off the charts. I have a heart rate monitor and never thought about actually testing it while vaping.

Gives me something to do today...[my life is very exciting, eh?]

Hard core ex-smoker here. When I quit I told myself that Id cut the nic down every so often, but I havnt. I alternate 36 and 24mg randomly all day long but my heart rate is defidently lower at any one given time than it was when I was smoking 2-3 packs a day. I continue to think that its the carbon monoxide, not so much the nicotine that causes rapid heart rate in myself for the most part, but everyone is different.

Just had to ad this: I smoked heavy for about 13 years, and looking at my sig for only almost 7 months or so of not smoking and seeing that amount of cigs makes me sick. Thank God for the PV!
