A couple of days after I started vaping I got the horrible dry mouth and a bloody nose. The dry mouth lasted about 24 hours. The bloody nose lasted about 30 minutes. No further problems.

I attributed it to the PG.

I would agree that vaping can dry you out, but I don't think that vaping in and of itself will cause nosebleeds. I never had any problems but moved to Arizona as well and now that it is winter and I run the heat and I don't drink enough water and I vape all day... My nose is drying out a bit. It hasn't led to a nosebleed, but I'm sure you can follow where I am going with this. Stay hydrated! =)

Vaping dries you out. Drink lots of water. If the air is too dry in your bedroom, get a humidifier.

I've been meaning to try a "neti pot", as well. Looks crazy, but people rave about them.

    Do Neti Pots Really Work?

My son suffered from bloody noses for years. Aside from keeping hydrated, one thing that helped was to keep the inside of his nose moisterized. Neti pots work, but using a simple saline nose spray ($3 at Walmart) works too. And just like keeping chapstick on his lips, he would put a thin coat of vasaline in his nose. Basically, get some on a rolled up kleenex or Qtip and stick it up there.

And straight peroxide is good to get blood stains off of clothing.

    Hope this helps,

    Hope that helps.
