    Default Dizzy and Jittery

    Hi all

So its my 5th day of 0 analoges and e-smoking. I have been dizzy as hell and just feeling like pure crud. I thought it was too much nicotine so I dropped down to 14 mg from 24. Still dizzy. Has anyone else experienced this and does it stop? I really like e-smoking because even though I feel like crud, I really don't have any desire to smoke a real cig. I'm thinking I will just quit all together for a day to see if things improve, but if I don't have my e-cig handy, I will have the desire to smoke. What should I do?

Could be withdrawal from all the other crap in analogs. Takes a while to get out of your system and you can feel lousy while that happens.
Not sure how much you vape, but maybe go easier. There is a learning curve with this.
    Hang in there

Are you using vg or pg based liquids?

There is a small, but vocal, group of people are who sensitive to pg, and from what I hear had symptoms that are similar to yours. You may wish to either cut your liquids with vg to decrease the concentration, or switch entirely. It's not quite an allergy, but it's unpleasant, and VG use seems to solve it.

Hopefully someone else who suffers from such irritation would be able to better fill you in to see if you match up.

Back long ago. I quit smoking analogs cold turkey for three weeks. I was so dizzy and nervous. I was not using e-cigs. I feeled just awful. It was tobacco withdrawal.
Did not even know about e-cigs than. That was 2003.

then that means 12 is to much for you. for the amount of vaping you do. they make 6mg and 4mg. try some of those. i started with 36mg and didn't feel those effects, untill day 3 i felt your same symptoms, then day 7 24mg was to much. Also make sure not to get liquid on your hands when your filling carts that will give you those side effects to. now I use 12mg cause I vape all day like I used to smoke analogs.

Most suppliers will state in the product description which it is. Another indicator is if they are selling dekang liquid (which are very common and account for most of the mass market) those are only PG.
A good rule of thumb is if you don't know, it's probably PG. VG is the new kid on the block comparitively, and at a very slight premium in price, not everyone has gotten on the bandwagon in offering liquids made from it.

    Where did you order from?

Hi Paula, I too had some side effects that raised the blood pressure and such, and some of the up-tight feelings. Those have gone away, and I feel
that what I need is a 50/50 solution of vg, pg. I think one of the posters here mentioned some withdrawal from analogs and that could be very true.
