    Default Snoring and Vaping

It is well known that smoking analogs can cause your throat muscles to relax which can result in snoring. Does anyone know if vaping has the same effect? I have a snoring problem, partially to my large tonsils and partially because I smoke analogs.

Good question and I can answer this from first hand experience with a friend. OMG he could snore. He use to smoke analogs, was like a 2 pack a day smoker. Then he started vaping. He no longer snores. He attributes it to not smoking analogs any more - so I have to agree with him and say that vaping stopped him from snoring.

Yea before my septoplasty(septum straightening) I would snore so loud that my room mate could hear me in his room. It has always been intermitent but now its alot less but still occurs. I am hoping that Vaping can end all snoring completely because I am dealing with daytime vigilance(hard to wake up, tired all day even after a half a pot of coffee no matter how many hours i sleep) i know i dont have sleep apnea because i had a sleep study. so yea thanks for the info.

I've stopped snoring since I started vaping.

I'm talking serious, shake the house, snoring.

    Hubby is wicked happy.

this is really great news, however I won't be getting my joye 510 till tomorrow and being that I already can't sleep now I am almost positive I will pull an all nighter. Valkerie and 420 Gypsie Girl how long would you say it takes for the snoring to seize?

Let me see...he started vaping a month before me and he crashed at my place numerous times soon after he started vaping. I'd say he probably stopped snoring within the first month if I recall correctly. So yeah, I'd say about a month. I remember the first time he stayed over the next morning I commented that he didn't wake me up with his snoring. LOL! Which he had always done in the past. He just doesn't do it now. Which is really a blessing.

My husband says I am no longer waking him up with my snoring.

Mind you I do not believe him, since I don't think I was snoring. I think he was dreaming it all.

    Three weeks to a month.

Unfortunately, my mother confirmed the snoring, so I can't use denial as a defense.

My wife says I don't snore anymore. I can't say that I ever really did snore though.......I'm asleep when it supposed to be going on. LOL

But for real.....She says I sleep more soundly.
