I just had a major problem here,a bleeding ulcer.you bet i went to the hospital and learned quite alot.90% of ulcers are caused by the H Pylori bacteria, you can treat the ulcer yourself with Mastic Gum.raw cabbage juice,or with DGL licorice, also a great way to sooth the stomach is with Aloe Vera Juice. Those with stomach problems really need to be carefull of the nicotine intake, nicotine does effect the stomach alot more than you would think, nicotine causes the stomach to produce more acid.

I had to stop e smoking dead in its tracks for now,i did however have these stomach problems before e smoking.I am now in the process of treating the H Pylori bacteria and taking my time before i e smoke untill i am totally healed. For now i am using analogs only taking a few puffs then putting the damned thing out as soon as i get a light nicotine fix,two to three puffs and thats it.I can instantly feel the effects nicotine has on my stomach right now and it does not feel to good.

Anatacids really are not that great,i tried them as a matter of fact i could name you one that caused me more problems than good, try the aloe first. If you have ongoing stomach troubles,if an ulcer, try the raw cabbage first, with the aloe, really raw cabbage treats an ulcer way faster and better than Nexium,i saw studies done with raw cabbage jucie vs products like Nexium. The raw cabbge healed the ulcer in 4 to 10 days, the Nexium types of products took somewhere around 42 days.I can tell you this i was using Nexium for several months for my ulcer before it began to bleed, after i got out of the hospital,i went on Aloe Juice,DGL licorice and raw cabbage juice,INSANT RELIEF!!,,,,,,,,,Do a google search on what i just posted here, educate yourself,if you have stomach issues with e smoking perhaps this can help you,

Any cabbage, or do the different colors have different results?

Regarding the apple cider vinegar: I tried that, did get some relief, but couldn't get through the whole "burning ALL the way down" feeling...was almost as bad as the heartburn!

Vicks,as far as i have seen so far, just green(plain jane, lol) cabbage is used.Put about half a cup of distilled water in a blender, then add the cabbage to it and blend,up to you on how much cabbage you use,the more the better in my opinion. You can also add some fresh carrot to that also, raw cabbage juice sucks as far as taste goes, ewwwwwwwww,,,,,lol. If you have a full blown ulcer like i do,you need to drink a quart a day (4 glasses) for two weeks to make sure you are rid of the ulcer, even though it will feel way better in 4 to 10 days, just want to be safe thats all.
