Coughing up

For the last couple days I have been coughing up greyish stuff. Lungs cleaning themselves maybe?? I have been using my ecig and not smoking but a few cigs on the weekends that I'l slowly cutting out. I am used to coughing up stuff but never seen grey before.

most def is! VERY normal whhen quitting smoking, most think vaping has some things that come with it but if you google smoking cessation u will find most symptoms are actually from quitting the cigs. I had some stuff start coming up a few weeks into vaping, then after 2-3 months, the rest decided to come up in smaller amnts for a few weeks, then no more of that yucky stuff. everyone is different but Im sure you are prob noticing some changes for the good already. I used to cough for at least an hour straight hacking every morning, now I dont at all and its wierd. I knew smoking had alot to do w it, but I also thought it was just me. Now, even when im sick i dont really cough! Happy vaping and keep up the good work-get rid of those cigs altogether if u can

I figured it was from quitting not the ecigs. The ecig i think helps break it up maybe, esp with some hefty menthol. Dropping the few on the weekends would be easy if I didn't have to smell smokers all night at the bar. Seems like the only way to make the smell go away is to smoke. Wonder if my boss would be madif i wore nose plugs or walked around spraying people with axe lol
