I own, I hate to say it, Vick's "vaporizer". Might break it out and see if it helps with the dryness.

I might have to get one of those and see if it helps. I hope this gets better when the whether warms up!

Wow, I find that really disturbing. No wonder I am so dehydrated all of the time. Thanks for the info.

Both PG and VG have drying effects on your body! You will eventually acclimate some. A humidifier might help. But go ahead and take this opportunity to drink A LOT of water, use extra moisturizer, and keep that lip balm handy!

PG dried me out a lot. VG less so, but still a bit. Added alcohol to thin my VG DIY juices really dried me out...mouth, lips, throat. Now I use distilled water to thin the VG juice, and the problems are 90% solved. Drinking water takes care of the rest of it. I certainly drink a lot more water than while I was smoking.
Deciding not to smoke is one thing. Forgetting to smoke is a different animal altogether.

It got me for the first week but I got over it within a week by just drinking a lot more water. I think it's very common to have this problem. It also bugged my guts a bit at first.

I remember someone saying gatoraid was good as well.

using a humidifier in your house helps.. also cuts the heating bill..

I think that cigs dried up my mouth more than the e-cig. the only thing is that when I smoked cigs I would always have a drink with me to get the taste out of my mouth
