Getting my lungs back
I've tried to quit smoking so many times, its so hard. Patches, gums,, etc. Maybe I didn't have the mental power to quit, but thank God I found e-cigs! I'm finally getting my lungs back. I've only had it for 2 days, and my body is already starting to "cleanse" myself, especially ,y lungs haha. Refilling the carts is so easy, all I need to buy from now on is a battery, atomizer and more liquid. Thats like 30 bucks a month if I take care of my atomizer to make it last. With analogs, it was up to $140 a month. Even if I have to buy 2 atomizers in one month, thats still only $40 total with the liquid and battery. Thanks ecigforum! Finally I will be able to run and get fit again, the increased female attention will be pretty sweet to. Thanks yall!

Wow I am amazed you can feel improvement in your lungs that quickly....I cycle every day and it was only after nearly two months of vapouring that I could tell there was an improvement. My lung capacity had been improving very slightly anyway from cycling but now the speed of improvement has really started to notice. I really don't think there is much doubt that when it comes to lung function vaping appears to be just as good as if you were a 'non' smoker.

Yeah, I was amazed to. Same happens if I go more than a day without a Marlboro though. Even though the cleansing is nasty, its good to get rid of it all. Gonna clear the way for starting the P90X workout program I just got. I'm excited!!
