    Default Higner Blood Presure

Lately Ive been chain vaping at about a 30-36mg, I went to the Dr today and my blood presure was 150/97. I have never had high blood presure before in my life and the only thing that has changed in the last 6months is I've stopped smoking and started vaping. As of late I've been chain vaping too and at this high MG. I didnt tell the Dr and probably should have, anybody have any first hand knowledge if this could have risen my BP..?? Thanks

Mine's gone up a bit 122/84 when I'm usually 109/68. I'm switching to VG soon because I've been getting some shortness of breath issues from(I think) the PG. Thinning out with VG will drop the nicotine down from 36, so that may alleviate both problems. When I'm up on cash next week, I'm going to order noting but VG liquid.

It will go up as nicotine constrict blood vessels.

Another thing to keep in mind, when we quit analogs our diet has a tendency to change. I have gained 8 pounds in a month. I bet several of those pounds are from Ramen Noodles and chips.

Whatever you do, keep an eye on it just to be safe. I would say your nic is maybe too high for YOU. It doesn't happen with all who vape at a higher level.
    Keep us posted.

my bp goes up for a short while if i vape a lot. after about 15-30 minutes it goes back down. it's just a temporary increase. at least you know you're getting nicotine from your vapor.
