My vote DEFINITELY goes with vaping.
One smoke can always lead to another and another and so forth, etc, and so on. Then you will just keep smoking!

I used to smoke a pack a week and really enjoyed it, but I'm a MMA fighter and I couldn't afford messing up my health, so this is why I'm switching to vaping. But until I receive my order I'll stick to my 1 cig a week...
OK I'm curious - you got down to one cig a week - fantastic btw well done - but want to replace it with daily vaping?
I get the whole 'less harmful chemicals' deal but is the reason you are switching out because you actually WANT to smoke more, and are fighting your urges every day, but don't for health reasons? If you have that much willpower why vape at all? Why not just quit period?
(I'm not trying to be mean, please don't think I am, I think your willpower is extraordinary to keep yourself to one a week, Im just confused why you dont quit outright. I mean no disrespect; its possible Ive misunderstood your point)
I don't know why you'd actively want to get more addicted to nicotine than you already are, so that rules out #2 for me.
Better to just kick the 1 analog per week and be done with it.
