I noticed this just recently (60 days into vaping) I need a lot less sleep now, I can sleep for 6 hours and feel just fine...before I slept way to much or needed way to much sleep..If I laid down and let myself sleep without setting an alarm I would sleep for 8-11hours, Now I sleep only 6-8 hours with no alarm. I think everyone sleeps differently and ciggaretes does have an affect on our sleeping indeed but because of our different sleep habbits everyone is going to have a different experience, for me I have always took a very long time to fall asleep but when I do I am knocked out unconscious for the entire duration and usually for way to long, but after about a month into esmoking I noticed I am not completely out of it for so long and I can easily get up about 6 hours later feeling fine.

I have been vaping now for about a week, I smoke perhaps 1 to 4 analogs a day but I am finding that I need them WAY less.

I also found that I slept much better at night, and wake up earlier and more refreshed. Who knows.. might be something to it.

Also even as a smoker I could smell stuff a mile away.. now my sense of smell is even more improved.

It's amazing, I am too. Normally I'll wake up at odd hours or very early, now I sleep like the dead and have issues actually waking up early like I used to. I feel good but a bit fatigued, I think it's my body purging all the crap chemicals from analogs and getting used to vaping?

I have been coughing a bit which is to be expected I guess!

My son used to tease me about snoring ~ got so bad I used to wake myself up from snoring so loudly! But that's all gone now. I fall asleep easily but now wake up slower.

Best thing tho is the dreams! I hadn't dreamt (or remembered dreaming) since I was a kid. Now I get some great ones every night. Maybe that's why it's so hard to wake up ~ I wanna go back to the dream?
