| I personally haven't experienced this myself, but I've always had a problem sleeping...someone posted a similar experience not too long ago...I found it interesting since nicotine is a stimulant and then thought about it a bit...For me, it would possibly make more sense because I vape inside...often in bed..lol...in the past, I would have to get up, walk downstairs, go outside, smoke my analog, and then come back upstairs, and get back in bed...a process that is sure to get my heart rate up again...SO, in my situation, lying in bed and vaping beats the hell out of going outside to smoke an analog and thus could possibly help me, at least in the falling to sleep process...just a thought.

I don't fall asleep well, and can often wake several times through the night. The first effect I noticed from vaping was how easily I fell asleep and how well I slept through the night. |

Nope me not sleeping better. Too jacked up on my e ciggy to go to bed and that's at 11 mg TW cut in half to 5.5. LOL HOWEVER........ I feel like a brand new person in the mornings now!!!!!!!!!! I wake up feeling so good instead of horrible when I was on ciggys. I REALLY notice a difference BIG TIME since getting off the nasty tobacco. Unreal. |

![]() I've had really bad "slow-to-sleep" insomnia for as long as I can remember... Would like awake in bed just wishing and hoping and praying that I would fall asleep and sometimes I couldn't until 5 or 6 in the morning, knowing I had to wake up in just a few hours (the alarm goes off at 8:30 am)... Then, when I woke up, it was like running through mud trying to wake up... It was terrible... I would sleep through the alarm so many times, as if it were not even there... Now, I get tired like a normal person and wake up like a normal person. Sounds normal and not at all exciting. For me, its amazing!!! My BF says I sleep more soundly. Apparently, I used to snort and (gasp!) snore and wasn't sleeping deeply where as now, I don't make any weird noises and sleep deeply. Amazing. Rita
