definitely it's the HC Ry4 NOT dekang. amy's bottles are filled to the brim and the 36mg is definitely 36mg. i gave some to my neighbor who's trying to quit cigs.

I tasted the dekang before the change and it was delicious and after the change it was nasty.... Health Cabin taste like the old stuff in my opinion so I would say yes it taste like the old dekang.. Heath Cabin RY4 taste great... My mom loves it...

I just ordered 2 110ml bottles of the Ruyan RY4. Its great.

If you're talking about the flavorings that HC sells on their site, then no. It's just a concentrated flavoring. You add it to unflavored Nic juice or pure PG/VG if you want 0 Nic stuff.
