how to track your orders?

we send orders worldwide via two shipping methods.

1) china registered airmail. it is slow and cheap.

normally in a few days after you get your tracking number, you can track the number in English here

normally it takes 15-50 business days to get your countries after your order is sent out.

Japan,Korea,New Zealand 80% 10~15 business days

USA,Canada,UK 80% 15~25 business days

Russia, Ukraine,Poland 80% 20~60 business days.

2) EMS. it is faster and more expensive.

normally in a few days after you get your tracking number, you can track the number in English here

normally it takes 8-25 business days to get your countries after your order is sent out.

I had an order arrive from China via EMS to midwest USA in 5 days from send date, last week. That order was trackable within a few hours on USPS.com and right away on EMS website. So it is possible that for USA shipments, everybody is on the ball at the moment. Still, it's ok to be conservative with your estimates. Looking forward to my first order from HC!

Well, you are correct Amy. Your shipments do not show up immediately. I don't know if it's your particular location in China, or the fact that my other package was shipped with paypal shipping, but it is taking a little bit to show up.

normally the tracking numbers will be trackable in 2-3 days after orders are sent out. we appreciate your patience.

What's the longest order that's ever taken to be shipped? I mean, to which country and for how long? A month max?

it is an interesting question. i have to think through, because we did not record the delivery time for all orders. in my opinion, orders to South Africa or Middle East or Brazil via China airmail often need a month or longer to get their local customs. it is also up to the weather and timing.

Sooo...my tracking has shown the same information for four days now...

"Your item left SHENZHEN EMS, CHINA PEOPLES REP on October 21, 2010. Information, if available, is updated periodically throughout the day. Please check again later."

Any ideas what's going on?
