Easy Shopping Guide For New Users (graphic instruction )

Step 1: How to sign up a new account
*For new customers, please register a new account with a valid email address. It is very important because once you place an order, your order confirmation and tracking number will be sent to that email.
*Click “register” on the top right page to sign up.
*Register with a valid email.
Step 2: Complete information (see picture below)
*Complete all items with * and make sure your shipping address is 100% correct so that you can get your order timely.
If your shipping address is the same with your billing address, please do not click the grey check box on the page, just complete billing address and telephone number.
If your shipping address is different from your billing address, please click the grey check box to complete your shipping address.
*Click “submit” button to finish.
*Check your registered email to see whether you have succeeded in registration. If you receive a welcoming letter by Health Cabin, congratulations, it’s done. If there is no such email in your inbox, please check your spam or white list. If there is no email by Health Cabin, please email to [email protected] and we will offer help within 24-48 hours.
Step 3: Shopping
*It is quite simple. Choose anything you want, from the categories or put the part or full name of the product in advanced search on the top left. (See picture below)
*Add items you want to your cart.
*When you finish, enter your cart and click “GO TO CHECKOUT” button to check out. (See picture below)
Click B to delete goods.
Click C to change quantity.
Click D to estimate your total shipping cost.
Step 4 Checkout
There are three steps in checkout stage.
*Step 1 of 3 - Delivery Information
You need to choose shipping method on the page.
You can edit your shipping information, if needed.
You can also leave us messages in comment box. Make sure your messages in English are clear, simple to understand, or they will cause misunderstandings and delay shipping.
*Step 2 of 3 - Payment Information
You need to choose payment method on the page.
You can leave comments in this page, too.
You can also edit your shipping information, if needed.
*Step 3 of 3 - Order Confirmation
Please double check your shipping information, shopping carts content, comments (if there is) and total price of your order on this page. If all of them are correct, please click “Confirm the order “to finish.
You will see an order number for your order on the next page. And you
will get an order confirmation letter in your registered email.
Normally, your order will be shipped within 2 business days after we receive your payment.
The tracking number will be email to you after order being shipped.

How long can I keep my shopping cart without checking out? I would really like to wait for the Vivi Nova getting restocked before I place my order.
I am sorry that you can not keep products in your shopping cart. Items will disappear when they are sold out.

Signing in HC account sometimes very difficult. Frequently I must click sign in button 3-10 times to sign in sucessfully.
I use firefox, let the browser remembers my username and password on HC website, and simply click sign in to access my account. Sure I can access my HC account successfully sooner or later, but it takes normally 3 to even 10 times clicking the sign in button. Most of time when I click sign in, I feel like I click the f5 button, the page is just refreshed, then I click and click again, then my account appears at last.

I have an input too for your ordering system..
In the address section, there was no company name, which sometimes this is needed, because when i want the products to be send to my company, you do not have column for this.
Why i need this because if the product send to my house, it is most of the time empty, no body at home. But company have security person which is 24 hours stand by. So, for me better send it to my company.
