Default So what does IntelliCig have to say?

Oh no! Drama bomb! Wuxtry! Wuxtry!

    No... not so much.

After yesterday's blowout, I thought I'd reach out to IntelliCig and let them weigh in.

The person in charged of Innovapor is one of our best sellers and is our
main distributor for Intellicig in America. He is very good at what he does
    and is definitely trust worthy.

Subject: Is InnoVapor One Of Your Resellers?

    Hello,

I've recently learned that InnoVapor (InnoVapor :: The Finest in Personal Vaporizers) is allegedly
selling Joye products that may not be legitimate. As they also sell
IntelliCig products (several of which I have purchased from them), I wanted
to check and see if they're an authorized reseller -- or if I should be
concerned about the Evolution and EcoPure products I've received from them.

    Regards,

    Twinkie
Personally, I agree with Suzanne. Yeah, I had a pre-200 order... three of 'em, actually. And as soon as their backlog is clear, I'll be ordering more.

The only reason I haven't put in an order, is because I don't want to pile on and have to wade through even more armchair MBA's incessant whining about issues that have already been addressed.

How many places can you think of that sell one illegitimate item?

It defies logic to sell a knockoff 510 and not the more expensive Evo.

That's kind of like selling real Rolexes and fake Timexes.

LMAO Twinkie! Good point Although I have to say I stuck by Noah and Innovapor without a doubt to begin with. I got my order this last Tuesday and I'm a very happy vapor with their products Heck, I left TW's forum after what was said and done to IN without research first, that was a very bad business move in my book

I have to say, I really didn't appreciate Pillbox taking shots at me even after I said I had considered buying from TW.

Sure, it would have been like a $100 order, maybe. So no huge loss for him. But to treat a potential customer that way, after dumping all over a current customer and reseller told me all I needed to know about buying from them.

You are missing the point Twinkie. I personally don't think IV is intentionally trying to sell a 'knockoff 510'. They have already said they purchased it from Eastmall and probably..hopefully...they thought they were getting the real Joye 510 product.

But Eastmall doesn't make the 510, they are just a supplier in China the same way IV is a supplier in the US. Now if you want to talk about 'logic', does it make sense that Joye is going to sell a new atomizer that their already existing carts don't fit properly in? Does it make sense that several people have contacted Joye directly and they have said that they are NOT selling a 'new' 510 atomizer? Sure, maybe it's possible these people that have contacted Joye are lying, but what would be the point? The truth will come out eventually.

There ARE other China companies making '510 knockoffs' as you put it. The JSB-510 is one of them. See the info here: JSB-510 Manual switch Manufacturer exporting direct from Guangdong China

The question remains, WHAT is IV buying from Eastmall? Is it a genuine Joye 510 or something else? So far IV is silent on this matter, it's just all of us speculating about it. Why are they silent? Does that make LOGICAL sense if they are selling a real Joye 510 product?

$100 doesnt seem like much but hes not a fortune 500 company by any means i am sure. So what ever he might believe every order no matter what size counts in those stages of buisness.

Maybe not the most popular, but.... logic is a good thing. Thank you for your logic.

My point, really, was to allay any concerns people might have about the Evo, given the recent kerfuffle.

There are more than enough threads full of speculation about everyone's 510. That's not why I started this one.

Yeah... though having worked for and with small businesses in the past (as well as Fortune 5 and Fortune 500 companies), some customers really aren't worth the few bucks you'll make off of them.

I'm willing to believe that IV (and Blu, and others) have a handful of customers who really have reached a break-even or have cost the company more than the profit they're bringing, by continuously nagging customer service reps in hopes it will make the out of stock products magically appear.

I agree but most responsible buisnessmen dont dismiss potential customers so haphazardly thats all. Anyway thats not what this forum is for.
