Hi Lacey, the last three days have had problems with both batteries... after charging...they smoke mabey 2 to 3 puffs then led lite comes on and blinking each time drag taken. wont stop blinking... Switched batteries ,atomisers and carts around but both are doing it and in fact sometimes led light coming on and staying on faor at least a minute ( long ) without me taking a drag at all... have tried recharging batteries a few times but the problem with both remains the same so have not been using them. ( but have kept trying for last three days ) Any ideas ?...even though I'm going to try other models..I'd like to have the super minis be an option as I like the look of a real cigarette and they did give me good vapour... should I send back kit and get replacement ? By the way I got used to the taste of your tobacco flavour and now dont like other brands..who'da think ? ( hated it at first ) thanks Barb have not ben able to take them out with me as they are too unreliable.. |

barb - my first suggestion: sometimes, switches get stuck. remove the atomizer/mouthpiece from the battery. put the battery in your fist with the led down, threads facing up. Pull air out of your hand, activating the LED. The switches are what tells the charger that the battery is done charging and also, when you take a drag, open up to allow energy to pass into the atomizer. Then, try smoking again. next suggestion: put the battery back on the charger. keep a close eye on it. If the charger goes from red to green in 20 minutes, the charger has gone bad. a bad charger can confuse your switches. let me know the status of these and we will go from there! |

hi... oh ya the charger always goes from red to green pretty fast...I was suspicious of the charger since both batteries do the same after they charge.. have done the other steps because I read throught all the advice at the Instead site. you know a couple of times in first couple of days I found i had to tap the end lightly to get it to let me inhale and led lite would then work...but that doesnt work anymore.... I sent a e-mail to Instead inquiring about shipping back and getting replacements so I can try with a new kit. hope it will work like it did the first few days...have not been able to demonstrate these to all the people I was bragging to.... thanks |

I have been spread the word about e-cigarettes in general as well as I did tell everyone how great mine was.. So I definatley have to get to show off the product.. it's amazing that ALL the smokers I know have never heard of this and really were disbelieving of what I was telling them...(over the phone ) I told them to google it and call me when they want to try something out. I do think adding your own juice is the best way...but it's hard to explain that to someone who has never seen one.. |
