You forgot to mention that e-cigs can be used via USB ports with pass throughs. So, as the e-cig is physically connected to a computer as a power source, technically, given the argument that e-cigs are a "tobacco product", you would have to classify everyones PC as a "tobacco product" as well.
Knowing our government, nothing would surprise me.
