I have been waiting for this day for two months now! Everything is ready to go and I wanted to give the forum members the first look at our new INSTEAD Electronic Cigarette Kits!

Each set comes with 2 atomizers, 2 batteries with blue LED's, a wall charger, velvet pocket carrying pouch, mini plastic ziplock for your cartridges and a water-proof engraved stash tin! Yep! This kit has it all. A place to stash your stuff and it is all reusable! Truly eco-friendly!

The pricing of our sets includes your personal vaporizer as well as 10 prefilled cartridges of your choice and/or 10 prefilled cartridges and a bottle of eLiquid. Our personal vaporizer sets are sealed without nicotine cartridges inside so the days of the 5 variety pack are over. Eliquids and cartridges ship outside of the tin and coming soon, all sets will be sold with empty cartridges instead of prefilled.

With this new set we have also decided to change our warranty. Warranty and Returns

Although our sets come with 2 batteries and 2 atomizers, we are providing everything that ONE smoker needs. Use both atomizers and both batteries. This will allow you to determine if you have a problem piece. As with any electronics, there can be defective parts. With our Electronic Cigarettes, these issues generally present themselves within the first 30 days. Simply give us a call/email to let us know of your problem. At that point, we can determine what the issue is and address it properly. Upon receipt of your problem piece, we will return to you a new piece. As you have two atomizers and two batteries, you should have no need to stop eSmoking or stress!

If you do need our warranty service, we must wait until the defective parts arrives back to us, before we can mail you a replacement item. However, if you need some eLiquid or cartridges or something else, let us know and we will provide you with a discount coupon so you can order and we can ship your replacement item out with your order. In this case, the replacement part would go out before we actually received the defective part back. We do still require you to mail us the broken item.

In the unlikely event you simply do not like eSmoking and wish to return it within the first 30 days, please feel free to send it back. You must return EVERYTHING including all packaging in order to receive credit less a 30% disposal fee and your return shipping. Put used cartridges and eliquids into a ziplock bag for the protection of mail-service carriers.

And as has always been our policy, we want happy smokers so customer or not, if you have an issue or concern ever, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Lacey -- Excellent looking personal vaporizer with all the bells. The extra atomizer is key. And the fact that one can choice independently their cartridge type is a well needed advent. I also like the water proof Tin. I am going to purchase one to give it a go. You are indeed, ahead of the curve!!! It looks likey you put a lot of thought in your product and that speaks volumes for me!!! Thanks---Sun

Edit on the precharge: They have been precharged, however, batteries do lose power over time so we are finding that you will get enough charge to try the smoke for about an hour... and then you will need to charge. We just want to manage expectations!

Oh... and you should be able to get some smoke right out of the box. The batteries have been pre-charged so that first charge has been taken care of.
