    Default 30mg VG ECOpure Available In All Flavours

    Popular demand has won again so we have launched a 30mg 'EXTRA' option on the range of ECOpure - Rich, Mild, Regular, Fresh and Menthol. That will be the limit for the standard range in the interests of safety and responsibility. Krystal unflavoured is available as a mixing liquid in 36mg and ECOmix, our pre-mixed liquid for diluting Krystal, is on sale at just £1 per 20ml bottle!
    There is a slight charge for the 30mg but one bottle should give around 400 cigarettes worth of vaping which is equivalent to just 3 pence a cigarette or around 5 cents US. Please form an orderly queue!

    John, was there an issue over quality a couple of weeks ago? Some guys were unhappy with their purchases. Mine have been 100% fantastic so just wondered what the story was?

    Thanks for the support, we work really hard to get things right, even when faced with problems like the batch of funny tasting ECOpure. It's a whole new adventure every day and we are all pioneers who have to overcome whatever obstacles we find.     There has been a problem with some bottles of ECOpure and I am waiting for all the information to reach me so we can find the cause. There's absolutely no point speculating until we have some solid evidence but I will keep everyone informed. There are too many 'unknowns' at the moment but we will get there.     Is there any info on this lately? I just received backordered Ecopure 0 nic of Menthol and Rich from another company and man it is pretty bad! It tastes like hose water. Both of them...the menthol just has a hint of mint with the hose water...I thought this was ironed out quite some time ago?

    I have the same flavors from a few months ago and they are nothing alike... Any info would be helpful.

    I got a bad batch of cleaning-fluid Rich from Innovapor and sent it back. They sent me replacements and, albeit weaker, they still have that taste. I am worried that we can keep doing this send/return process until I have spent as much in shipping as I did to buy the juice. Has this issue been resolved? Who carries the fixed (i.e. same flavor as a few months ago) juice if so? I'd love to keep loving EcoPure.

    Hose water...I couldn't agree more & stated the same in the IV forum. 8 bottles are going back Monday. If they choose to make it right they can send me Regular/Gold. If they push Rich on me again & try to assure me that it's fine, well, they can keep it.

    My confidence in Ecopure Rich is shot. I don't care what anyone claims. It's N-O-T, I repeat NOT the same flavor as it was a few months ago.

    Hows that saying go?...."Don't piss on my leg & tell me it's raining"
    Don't tell me Rich is the same as always & nothings happened.

    I agree with Linthorn. I'm up to almost $30 in return shipping & ready to cut my losses. Personally I've written this return off & don't care if IV sends me anything or not or if it gets lost in the return mail.
    Dumping it down the sink isn't an option. I've got more respect for my sewer system than that.

    Hi, we are not in the habit of deleting posts from genuine customers even if they are not praising our product. Our reputation has been built steadily by not running away when things get a little tough and by forging a way forward in this new industry. We have challenges along the way but we have to meet them. As for the Rich tasting like 'hose' water, we did have one batch that had a lingering taste that was like a cleaning fluid and that has been traced and rectified. I need you to send as much info as possible so that I can check what you have received and where the problem occurred. Some resellers rebottle our liquid so that has to be thoroughly checked also.
    Please send me your address and I will have replacements shipped today along with compensation for your out of pocket expenses. This is over and above any replacement you might receive from your local supplier. I want to be sure that you receive the ECOpure exactly as it leaves us and that you are satisfied.
    There has been some sharp criticism aimed at us over this batch but that's fine, we have to accept that and make sure we make it right, we will not question the validity of that criticism as that would cast doubt on the integrity of the end user - if it doesn't taste right then we replace, no problem.

    According to Innovapor, they are set to meet with someone from Intellicig at the end of Sept (possibly you?) & will have some of the returned juice. Since Innovapor is the vendor I purchased from & returned the juice to, I'm leaving it in their hands to forward my concern.

    Again thanks John for listening to my rant & for the offer but like I mentioned, my confidence in the Rich flavor is lost. I simply want to cut my losses.
