Now that's a good question that I don't feel entirely qualified to answer, but here goes....

My response would be no, don't use them in the Janty Stick.

Be careful of certain branded batteries - they can be over-sized and may not fit.

How will a higher mAh possibly affect the circuit board? (Electricians/battery experts out there?)

But also you will invalidate the warranty if you use any other battery than the one that is specified for the Janty Stick.

I would agree with Ted on this one..

Stick with the ICR10440 360 mAh, they work, they last and they are cheap enough, not to have to buy others from China.

    ok thank you very much.

I know that on JS by 360 Mah batteries work well, even last 1 days SVAPO quite normally, I just wanted to see whether with a 500 mAh battery lasted longer '.
are still very happy with the product JS.

Yes 500mAh will last longer but the batteries are only 360mAh and labeled as 500 to get you to buy them

The battery specs were written by an ultra fire sales rep

I'm using some Ultrafire TR10440 600mAh 3.6v rechargeable batteries in my Janty Stick and they are definitely better than the stock batteries...
