Default Janty Europe - no customer support

Hi all,
i'd like to share my experience with the community about this company.
First of all i feel very sad to tell you this but i have to:
1- i ordered a janty stick set (V1) and few other accessories (i spent €125,65 EUR) through the janty europe shop on june 18th.
2- on june 19th i received a dispatch email saying that my order was shipped through TNT post (2-5 working days delivery within europe)
3- 10 days later i had not received my purchase so i wrote to all possible janty email addresses (paypal one included) asking if the stick was sent or not and if they could provide for a tracking number. I wasn't worried at the time, i thought sometimes delays happen, anyway i had NO REPLY.
4- sent another email few days later. NO REPLY.
5- after two weeks from their dispatch email without any feedback from them i decided to start a Paypal controversy for Item not received and no communication from the seller, this was july 3th.
6- Today is July 6th (17 days are past now), still NO REPLY from the company, they didn't even reply to the open Paypal Controversy!!!

Now i wonder if the european company is still in business or not.
If yes i'm wondering what kind of customer support they have, they actually don't have one.
I only hope to get my money back at some point.

Mat

Don't feel bad... I am having similar issues with JantyUSA. I placed and order and paid for it but they seem to have no idea or record of me paying for it. I have sent emails, PM's and copies of my PayPal receipt - still not a single word back from anyone. Unless this gets addressed soon, I do not think I will order from them again.

I Just want to say that I have been in a similar situation with Janty and the wait is MUCH MUCH longer than the website claims. Supposedly 4-8 days turned into about 3 weeks. No other contact from them except the email regarding dispatch (1 day after I paid). I was so disgusted with Janty by the time I actually got my package-- But my order had a little extra in there and I suddenly remembered why I ordered thru them.... The liquid is sooo good!
I'm not trying to convince you that this-taking so long, no contact with buyer is okay, but to let you know that it takes WAY LONGER than they say it does and sometimes its worth the wait. Good luck to you and I hope that Janty fixes this problem, soon!

Well my problem has been resolved and all is well now. They make GREAT products, just caught a bad time in service. Maybe it has to be a timing thing as they are releasing and shipping the Stick v2.

Anyway, Ethan took care of me and got me setup!!

Also, I have similar issues with JANTYSHOP.
I sent email to dispatch/ludo (JUNE 15) 3weeks ago.(Order No. 5870 Manual Switch Complane)
But i don't recieve reply mail yet.

I managed janty user forum in south korea.(so, my english skill is poor )
Some users of my forum have same problem.

Almost all give up customer service at JANTYSHOP.

keep mailing and be sure to place your order number in the e-mails subject line.

i had slow email conversations too, but they will answer. most of the time on weekends late night from my experience. that somehow shows me that they are hard working getting
shipments out during normal workhours.

maybe Janty should stock up on employee

still no replay, no feedback from Janty, a whole mounth has passed and no stick received, no feedback received, no emails responding.
At this point i converted the paypal controversy into a proper Claim, really disappointed, i hope to get my money back.
Will never deal with janty again, that's sure.

Interesting, I've emailed them a couple times over the past 2 weeks and haven't gotten any response either. Glad I didn't place an order with them!
