i ordered my js saturday night, coincidentally, my 501 atty crapped out on sunday. first thing monday morning i shot janty a quick email asking for overnight shipping. they were quick to respond and happy to oblige ~ and at a very reasonable price. (luckily i haven't sold my npro yet so i had a back up to get me thru monday). well, it's tuesday and my stick arrived around 11AM. i couldn't happier with Janty's service and thought i should share that. oh yea, it's been 11 hours with the stick. ergonomically, it takes some getting used to, but other than that, it's awesome!

I ordered mine Saturday night too! A bunch of my 901 batts started dying (a sign, perhaps?) on me, so i decided to upgrade to the Stick. Still haven't recieved mine yet because Janty was out of the wall chargers for the batteries for the stick in my order, but I shot Ethan an email and he was going to send it out sometime Tuesday. I can't wait!!!

You may find like some of us that the wall charger ends up just collecting dust. I charge my batteries 99.9% of the time through the USB port, since I'm normally on passthrough. If I'm at work and want to charge up a 2nd battery I just swap it out in the stick and place the fully charged battery back in my pouch. I think I've only used mine so that I don't feel like I wasted 6 bucks Either way, you may have a better use for it than I do!Anyhow, enjoy those new JS's folks, they are great devices, best 80 bucks I've spent in a long time.

At least someone is having a good experience. Both of my orders with them have been screwed up.

I got my JS this afternoon, ordered it on Saturday....great service! My only regret is that I didn't order this one right out of the gate. I've got a bunch of 401"s and 510's that might not be getting much use any longer. Right out of the box the stick works great, no break in, no broken parts, it just does what was promised. After a couple of months and orders placed with 7 or 8 suppliers I've now narrowed it down to 3 companies for parts and juice and Janty USA is at the top of that list. |

Got my stick this afternoon too and am vaping via the passthrough while my battery charges. I think my order was missing some carts, but I emailed Ethan for some clarification. He has been really helpful to me and pretty prompt with his email replies to questions that I had. I acted like I got something illegal in the mail, with the way I saw the package in the mailbox and grabbed it and dashed inside (wonder what the neightbors were thinking!)! I've only ordered from 2 other vendors, 1 when I first started vaping, and 2, when the first vendor stop selling the model I had and I needed spare parts (attys and batts). I think I'm gonna stick with Janty for awhile unless something happens to make me feel otherwise. P.S. crand, did you get any carts with your Stick order? |

What is Janty's problem with forgetting things in people's orders? It happens WAY too often.

Only missing the battery charger but I had received an email from Janty prior to the shipping so, no problem there. Yes, I also received a 5 pack of the carts that I ordered.

geeker, Things happen, people forget things. At least in my experience, it's been minor things when ordering online (from various vendors and websites). The key is if they get fixed in a timely fashion or not. They all have been. If Janty had forgot to send, oh I don't know, the ACTUAL STICK, and I didn't hear from them for a few weeks, then I would have a problem. But a few missing carts, not a big deal. Same thing with the charger (but I already knew about that and gave Ethan the okay to send my order without it). You may only hear and read about the times that people have problems with their orders, but how many times have folks recieved their order without a hitch? Very few people write about positive retail experiences. Even fewer write about retail experiences that go exactly as expected. |

I have had to email inquiring about my orders after not hearing anything for 10-14 days. Then after copying them my order and receipt, they sent it. Why don't they have these orders/receipts? Then, they forgot stuff in my first order. Waited, and eventually it was delivered, so I gave them another chance by ordering again. Same damn thing happened. Had to beg for my order to be shipped, then it was incomplete. Pi$$ed? You betcha.
