Does anyone know who makes the standard Joye510-style black manual batteries one might get from heaven-gifts.com?

Is there any literature or other info on them posted?

I have been searching for a day or so on here and on google with no luck.

Hoping to find out the definitive manufacturer's name, what these things are rated at in terms of ALL specifications and whether or not I am getting the best ones available (not by dealer or by price, but by make)...
