Probably been asked before, but is the Janty mini fogger interchangable with the dura-c/510? Just to clarify - batteries/chargers/atomizers? I ask because Janty's PCC charging case takes both types of batteries. I have a joy, but would like to use fogger batteries without the manual switch.

Yep, The Joye306/fogger works in the PCC, and is compatible with all 510 batts, attys, and chargers. Just keep in mind the two are different diameters, so it wont look quite right if swapping parts, but functions fine mechanically.
