I have found that different 901 carts fit the 510 differently. Some are to small and some are to big. I just keep trying until I find one that fits right and use it until it wears out. I wonder if using an emery board and sanding the sides might make it fit better.

This is what i've been considering doing. I guess i'll just give it a go and report back.

Riot, after taking maxwell's advice I got 20 901 flat tip carts from vapor options super cheap! Thanks buddy. I have all genuine 510 parts and I was a pain in the butt to get them on but I figured it out.

I use a metal file I have on a pocket knife. I shaved off a very tiny piece of the cart. Once the "D" makes it through the atty there's the last bit that has to pass (where the actual airflow comes from). That was where I had problems fitting it in. I used the file just a tad so it would squeeze through and no issues. I hope this helps.

Yep, I've just done the same thing. My process will get perfected over time, but it makes a huge difference. I wish I had paid closer attention though. In testing it out I got plastic shaving all inside my atty. Now I'll have to carefully clean it out later.

Hey riot, what's your cart filler for your 510? I'm using the PTB in the round and haven't changed the poly filling yet in my whistle tips. Any recommendations and or tips? I would love to be able to use those PTBs in there.

Ah, so you had no issues with it being really difficult to take the cart off? Interesting.

Not really. My cart was a little tight but I just pulled without twisting so I wouldn't damage my atty. And yes it is a true Joye 510 atty
