From 1 day to 1 month. That's the problem. There is no consistancy at all. My best 510 atomizer is the second one I used. The first, third, and forth have all died, or stopped a good amount of vape/throathit. So in reality, is seems like each atomizer is going to cost around $35. I think you're best offbuying a 5 pack in hopes of getting one that will work well, and writing off the rest. Otherwise your going to loose even more money in return shipping, not to mention wasted time.
When you get one that works, it's an amazing vape, but it is not a reliable device.
    Best,

only had mine for 3 weeks, but knock on wood been using the same 4 atties with no problem.

i think it's all in how you take care of them. i blow them out every night b4 bed and sometimes throughout the day if i change flavors.

mine are still producing tons of vape, couldnt be happier with them or my joye510

oh yeah and i vape all day long i was a heavy analog smoker

If been at this for allmost 2 months. Only lost 1 atty. I tried to clean the bad taste of JC juice out of it with alchohol- mistake that killed it.

    I don't clean them.
    I do 3 or 4 / 5-6 second dry burns once a week
I only use 1 flavor in 1 Atty
I don't use original cart filler- I use PTB

I agree here....I have been using the same atomizer for 3 months now....I truly think the burn-off method does as much for cleaning purposes as any other method will....have done nothing with this particular one other than blowing it out on occassion!! Tough little nuts they are!!!The Wiz!

I've had really good luck with the 510's. Yes, the do get hotter than say a 901, but really never been an issue for me. It's often a sign that you need to clean your atomizer or put the e-cig down every once in a while. At least with cigarettes you realized how expensive they were and said, "I can wait a little while longer." There's nothing that will ever beat the "new atomizer" experience, so I tend to replace my atomizer about once a month whether they need it or not. I'll usually rotate the older ones to my USB passthrough for when I'm surfing and vaping. Or they go in the "emergency" pile. Somehow the USB seems to bring new life to them. Don't know if it's because I vape more or the power supply is more constant. Go figure?

I think the only atomizers I've "lost" were from experimenting. =) You should prepare for an atomizer lasting about 2 weeks, but expect it to last about a month when well cared for. I try to be economical by only placing an order once a month. So, I make sure to start off each month with two fresh atomizers. I just received 2 in the mail Saturday, but the ones I've got are still going strong. If they're still that way next month I'll only order one new atomizer or maybe treat myself to something else (there's a copper 510 set that looks interesting).

I finally lost my first 510 battery, but I've had a back up for about a month and a half and just got a second back up this week. Expect the best, but plan for the worst.

It's a pyramid tea bag. A lot of people including myself use them for cart filler.

The bag is made of nylon instead of the normal tea bag paper.

2 months on my first and it is the only one I use, still vapeing like new. By the way, I've never cleaned it, just blew it out when flooded.
