Oh yea...I forgot to mention, after I let the batt sit of a day I tried to charge it i my PCC. had it in my shirt pocket. After about 15 minutes I noticed that it (the PCC) was getting hot. Therefore I'm pretty sure the batt is fried.

I just don't get why it seems this charger has killed 3-4 perfectly good, newer batteries now??
It may be the "China Paradox". I have noticed the china manufacturers have a bad habit of using product enclosures to make several different products. I have noticed that to be the case more than once. For example I have 2 Tenergy RCR123A chargers. One is for Li-Ion batteries and the other is for LiFePO4 batteries. These are completely different type of batteries and require different charging proceedures. They are identical in almost every way. They even have the same model number and label on the back side. On the front side they are still identical except for one says, in small lettering, LiIon RCR123A Charger, the other one has LiFePO4 RCR123A Charger.

So I say that even though that charger looked like a 510 charger it may have been a completely different model.

i just experience this with a new USB charger, i think it toasted 2 batts. i put one on, it blinked as usual and after a while the led on the charger started flashing red/green. i took it off and the battery was still dead. i put the battery on a known good charger and nothing. so i just figured the battery was dead, it's like a month old. so i put another battery on the USB charger it and the same exact thing happened. the tough part is the batteries are the same age and have probably seen the same usage. i suppose it's possible they could both have died at the same exact time but really?

i'll try letting them sit as suggested. i hope that charger didn't wreck my batts though, i'll be pissed.

OMG looks JUST LIKE a L88b which Volcano advises an L88b charger for a 510 will completely FRY your batteries.

Just my $.02 Bummer though for sure.

I just read on the blu forum that there is difference in polarity between the 510's and the others i.e. Blu, 306a, 401 and charging them on each others chargers is definitely NOT the way to go.

I also read that taking batts that won't charge anymore and putting them in the freezer somehow adjusts their circuitry (I don't understand why) and the poster reported the batts charged normally the next day.
Would this be called a "freezer mod"?

I just got a Blu free with some 510 stuff via classifieds and am just starting to research the compatibility. The complete atty/cart sets ARE interchangeable, just not chargers.

Yeah, they are... I have tried to use my 510 atty on my auto Volcano batt though and nothing... I normally vape a 510 manual batt with my 510 atty.
