USB Passthrough work with USB Car charger plug?

I see a vendor that sells a decently priced USB pass through (11.99). They also sell a USB charger plug that plugs into a cig lighter.
Maybe a stupid question: would a USB pass through work with the USB car charger plug?
The USB car charger plug has no cable, just a female USB outlet.
The USB pass through has the standard male USB plug.
So I wondered if I could use the USB car charger plug with the pass through to vape in the car as well as while at the computer.

I've heard that it works, but I'm not 100% sure. But as long as the voltage and amperage match, it should pose no problem.

Anyone know if this car charger will work? I got it at Walmart and says it will work with anything that has its own usb cord.

I don't see why it wouldn't work, Bageone. I know next to nothing about electronics, but why would this one be $35 and Madvapes car charger to USB adapter is $2.50? (I just got one from MV). There must be some kind of difference?

Yes a Usb pass through does work with the USB car charger plug. I do it all the time, as long as the car charger is at least 1.5 amps you are fine.

I've used the standard usb car plug with pt does not work!Don't put out enough amps.I got a wagon on ebay 12.55? shipped 2 sockets,2 usb ports 5v 2 amps works GREAT i can charge my cell ecig batterys& use pt.
