Need Some Help Getting A Throat Hit

Hey I order the Berryblast Strawberry and Java flavors with 6mg PG. I didn't get any throat hit so I got some 12mg PG and am still not getting any throat hit. I have heard about everclear but something about that doesn't sit right with me. I've also heard about the Menthol Crystal but I do not have a microwave can I still try them or is Everclear the way for me? If so how much everclear do I use?

Hmm, maybe menthol DROPS? They are ready-to-use, no microwaving necessary.

Just a couple drops of Everclear is all thats needed in a small amount of liquid and it does add a throat hit. The amount being used is so minute I wouldnt worry about it. If the flavoring is strong enough and you dont mind dropping nic mg down a bit a little PG could give you more TH also

Take Dk's advice with the Everclear for two reasons --

1) I've done it myself and it works perfectly
2) he happens to be an e-liquid genius/chef/mixologist.

If your looking for TH....try the mentol drops...I've also found some flavors have more TH than others. I have a Clove flavor (from somewhere else...sorry guys, it was before I found you) and the TH from the Clove is crazy strong...gasp and cough! I haven't tried Everclear yet but I'm all for it.

Thanks for all your help! I am new to this and will try both methods. To start with Everclear as my local liquor store has that. Next time I order I will get some menthol drops and try that too. Thanks for all your help!

Liquor store didn't have little bottles of everclear but had some absolute vodka that seems to be working. I got some Tequila too I'm going to try strawberry tequila!

I have used a drop of Enclear with a couple of drop directly on my atomizer and got a great throat hit.

Careful with the vodka and such. It has a lot of residual sugar in it that can burn up in your atty and produce some nasty flavors. It also has a fair amount of water, which in addition to the flavoring may push you past the 20% dilution threshold and start negatively affecting vapor production.

Best to use anything you can get that is 180 proof or better. Everclear and Golden Grain are the two available in Georgia. YMMV

I only vape 24-36mg but I've been told lower mg levels provide less of a TH.

One problem I had for a while when I started was hitting my PV as I would a regular cig and I was told I should hit it more like I was sucking a straw and that helped with TH for me.
