Help with XL manual battery from V4L
I just received an order from V4L yesterday and am thrilled with the XL manual batteries. 1 of them is not working correctly.
I press the button and sometimes it will come on for just a brief second or 2 and then turn itself off. It is fully charged. I thought that I saw a post here not long ago about how to fix this problem but now I can't find it.
If anyone knows the trick to fix this issue, please let me know.
Thank you.

If you just bought them contact customer service and have them replaced.

Theyre customer service is great, just send them a email tell them what the problem is and they will make it right. They have done a great job fixing problems that I have had with orders

Thank you. I did just send them an email. I have spent tons of money with them in the past few weeks and they have been great to deal with.
Thanks again for the input.

I am glad to hear about the shipping cost being credited back. They did ask me to ship the defective battery back and I thought it would be at my own expense. So far they seem good to deal with though.

just ask them about getting an RMA or return shipping costs and they should offer it like Robert @ V4L did for me.

I will probably just mail it back wrapped well in an envelope so the shipping cost should not be much. Just more of a hassle than anything.

Salem, let us know how it works out for you.
