Yeah, SI's Mega PCC is one of the best ones I've seen. It STILL won't hold a fully assembled 78mm. I bet if these guys polled everyone that like 90% of their customers have 78mm batteries or prefer them. Hell, I just ordered 3 - 102mm batteries from Bloog since they have the older non-sealed ones autos on sale for $8.

Also, all modern chargers that I'm aware of have voltage checks in them and stop charging batteries when they reach the proper voltage. I'm not aware of any modern e-cig charger that will continue supplying charge once the battery is full. Now, 2 years ago I do remember having to watch my batteries, but I also remember back then that the smart chargers were starting to come out as well.

Couldn't tell you, probably not all that long, no battery stays at that max voltage for long anyway. I wish they were regulated, but the mah on them IS nice.
