If you believe that the couple will not want to fuss with mods and refilling carts, I would strongly recommend the Vapor King from Vapor4Life. Great customer service and ease of use make it perfect for beginners.

I think some long-term vapers may not realize that talk of mods and fussing with carts, etc. can be very intimidating for those who are new to the idea of vaping.

While refilling would be the cheapest solution, for the best ease of use simply buying the carts and throwing them away when done would still be cheaper (and healthier) than smoking analogs. You don't have to worry about doing anything but charging batteries and screwing and unscrewing carts.
And I don't know what denniswking smokes, but up here in Wisconsin, Marlboros (what I used to smoke - I can't vouch for any other brands) are going for $6.20 a pack last I looked...ouch (especially at the carton a week my wife and I were going through...) Vaping is definitely cheaper in the long run, and just as enjoyable, if not more so!

Sorry bout the dude lol! California surfer girl and old habits die hard! Plus I have a teen age son. lol

Just trying to point out that different things work for different people. The OP specified that they wanted something easy to use. They didn't even want to refill a carto lol. For those of us who don't want a mod and don't want the constant dripping and dropping the KR808 is the bomb!

The 510 (or whatever fiddly system) vs. the 808 debate seems a lot like the Windows/Mac/Linux argument. I use all three of those operating systems, and each has a perfect suitability for a given purpose. I suppose that the 510 has its uses, like keeping one's manual dexterity in tiptop shape, but going onto an 808 forum to extol the 510's virtues is like going to the Ubuntu forums and waxing enthusiastic about OSX: pointless at best, and annoying at worst.

Two-piece works best for me, and that's where I'm staying.

Most people who use Macs have only used the newer Macs, mainly with OSX.

I have Slackintosh Linux on an iMac, that old system whatever sucked!

Macs had a problem with industry standard DHCP, on the old system whatever and OSX too.

Are you an OldSchooler, or a NewSchooler only using OSX on a Mac?

What is the given purpose for using a Mac? heheee

Here's an idea...

If they don't want to refill at least save the spent cartomizers. Once they get a bunch of once used cartomizers they could get someone to fill them all at once.

If germs are a concern they could probably be heated or dropped in boiling water without ruining them.

I can certainly see how the older set would find these devices intimidating. Once they've used their PV for a month or two they'll probably be more comfortable with them.

Once comfortable they may be able to change their minds and refill on their own. If not perhaps someone on these forums would buy a big bag of slightly used cartomizers?
