I don't know the first thing about using Snus, although there are several threads out there to find. I'd imagine that PG would work, but I can't tell you how to do it.

First of all don't make it out of snus. I ran several experiments using snus and all of the ejuice it created came out awful. It has little flavor and almost no nicotine.

If your determined to do it theres 2 liquids i would recommend (If you don't want to use PG)

Distilled water in a vacuum or grain alcohol over 175 proof then heat the liquid to evaporate the alcohol away. Don't use an open flame for this though.
