The USA has not yet banned e-cigs or juice. I see no reason why Customs would stop importation at this time. My e-juice orders are coming through OK.

Souds you are the lucky guy, it's said there is 5% to be held up by customs to buy e-cig from China. If you purchase e-liquid alone, it will be totally held up there.

Mine's been coming in from Ruyan Direct.

PLEASE SHOW ME HOW YOU COME TO THOSE NUMBERS.
Guys there are very few shipments being seized right now. Yes there are some but its only a handful. Everyone would know if there is a ban on this stuff. PS, Njoy, L7, SE would be taken off the shelves if this was the case.

I had two seperate shipments of liquid from eastmall.net and never had any problems. When i tracked it, it must've stayed in customs for a whopping total of a day.

This information from courier agent in China. They said less and less e-cig shipped to USA cause of customs. Our orders haven't been held up by customs by now, except one sample is still in transit for nealy over week.

My orders from eastmall have had no problems getting through customs. They may sit there for a day or two. I usually get my liquid (100 ml 35mg) within 6 to 7 business days. Hardware was the same with my e-cigar. I sometimes get my product faster through China (EMS) than suppliers here in the U.S. Hate to say it but it is true. It does not appear that the packages have been opened.

you know, I've got a friend who is a manager for UPS in Kansas City. He manages the ups international stuff that comes into KCI. I had a good long talk with him and he frequently manages their internal customs. He says that packages go through the UPS customs and then federal "samples" a percentage of those packages. He said that he has NOT received any order to refuse electronic cigarettes yet and suspects that it's simply a case of mislabeling. He did have a few suggestions. Anything liquid is supposed to be flagged and checked at customs. anything with tobacco on the label will be scrutinized. His suggestion after I explained the whole thing was to declare the equipment as "Small Electronic Vaporizers" and "Small Rechargeable Li-Ion Batteries". His suggestion for the liquid was "Tobacco Essential Oil for Personal Use, non-hazardous, environmentally safe". Apparently that would not raise an eyebrow at all in his office. He says that the less you put on there, the more you raise risk of inspection and/or seizure simply due to the fact that they don't know what it is and have to call various dept to clear materials. He says that from what it sounds, a lot of the actual containers have little to no info on the, so if they don't know what you are declaring and contents of box does not make that clear, it will be held until figured out, sent back or seized.
Hope that's a help to everyone, going to start getting some bulk orders myself and see what happens. Seems like pretty logical advice really. He said that anything with tobacco in name will get flagged because it is illegal to import tobacco without specific permits and such, personal use is fine. I asked him what would happen if they saw a business name as recipient and he said it wouldn't change things. They can't know whether it is for a pass thru company or to actually sell. Who it is sent to or amount really isn't their problem. Big bulk orders of tobacco may be flagged to police but will still get passed if properly labeled. He said it is a tax issue and they follow up if necessary. Our liquid is currently legal so no worries with that. I think that people are trying to "get around" or blatantly mislabel to get around customs which is causing problem. I'm sure that they would have sent some literature or a mandate to UPS International staff if this stuff was actually supposed to be rejected. That very well may change in future but as of now, all this stuff is legal to import.

My order of e-liquids was not held up, but contained the following on the slip:
ATOMIZER 1PCS USD25 CHINA
