The U.S. has NOT approved e-smoking. Neither has any country in the EU. Ruyan is hoping to get approval from Italy soon, to set a precedent for other countries to follow. But the approval might be for low or no nicotine cartridges only.

that why ...if US and most EU countries approve , SG will follow suit most likely BUT is not confirm ,

SG is so call "Kiasu , Kiasi "will keep monitor how the situation go and go throught lots of stages than approve haha DR loi should know this terms in hokkien a chinese dialect lanagues

Kiasu means scared of losing

Kiasi means scared of dying...typical expression for the anxious lot....
