I can assure you that anything coming to the U.S. from China with "toy" or "gift" or "pipe" or "PVC" with a $10 or $20 value is being stopped and checked by Customs. E-devices are legal to import. Falsifying invoices is not.

how do i know if its illegal to import? the law only states sales and distribution is against the law. nothing abt consuming and importing for personal usage.

thats it. went down to check with them, and they told me its banned in Singapore. it got confiscated.

the law section states : no import, sale of any product/toy designed to resemble a tobacco product. - yeah they use this law to confiscate the product.

    this is bad.

Hi there, I am also residing in Singapore. So far, no confiscation for any of the items I bought from Ruyan.

I have one Ruyan V9 Mini E-Cigarette which is my favorite and a Ruyan V8 White E-Cigarette. The later is actually giving me a problem, it smokes less Any idea why?

Ruyan V8 likely has electronics inside atomizer so you really would have to know what you are doing if you attempt to clean it with liquids. It is an unusual device and we know very little about it. Warranty?
