But i am afraid of the custom issue. Can i just check with you bros, if i want to ship them over, and the custom managed to confiscate them, how will things be complicated? Like, will i need to go down and explain? or get fined for anything?

    thanks a lot.

ebay dot com. its written as toy gift. anyway dun try to purchase this few weeks/month. i think the increased spotcheck due to the milk case recently.

im hoping anyone here has gone thru this, pls pls pls offer some help. i might be going down to their office tues/wed and see what they gonna do, confiscate or fine me. hopefully not fine.

or if the answer is certain, they WILL confiscate my item, then i wouldnt waste my time going down to try asking back my item.

It wouldn't be the first time a forum member has had en e-cig confiscated by customs. If it's illegal to import, you are smuggling.

its not stated if usage of e-cig is illegal. this is the main issue.

what about telling them to send the item back to the sender? this way im able to get the refund of the item from sender.

what rights do they have to confiscate the item or imply a fine to me? anyone??

Doesn't matter whether it's legal to use or posess, if it's illegal to import, it's smuggling to import it.

That depends on local law, but yeah usually they have the legal right to confiscate smuggled goods.
