I have been looking everywhere trying to find out if health canada is really going to be doing tests on pv's. Am I looking in the wrong places? I even e mailed health canada twice asking if they were going to be testing them. no surprise they never responded

Wow, they certainly made sure anyone reading it knows where to complain about PVs. Complainers get a proper address and 800 phone#. They really made that part stand out.

Anyone else find it slightly humorous that their warning is that nicotine is addictive? I mean isn't that kind of the point?

Zonyc, ever seen the pictures/warnings on Canadian cigarette packs? I'm hoping that HC will be content with slapping the same on e-juice and calling it a day.
