    here's a question. If the ban goes through and they ban the kits, couldn't future models be remarketed as herbal vaporizors (sold w/o nic), and therefore be safe from FDA regulation since herbals are outside of their purview??

    The Iolite has been out for a while now. Before ecigs were around. I don't see why not.

    They would probably still view them as drug delivery devices. Heck at one time they even intimated that they were concerned that the ecig could be used to smoke CRACK!!! I can get a bong and rolling papers at a corner store but they won't leave my crack pipe alone! j/k
